Title: [Particle] Particle System Rewind

Rewind Shuriken Particle. Not perfect, room for improvement but works..

Note: You have to activate rewind before the end of the parent Particle duration or it will not work as the particle will be set to off as the particle is finished.

Update: action + updates are on ecosystem or https://snipt.net/dudebxl/ (https://snipt.net/dudebxl/)
