I would get in touch with the publisher to see if it has PlayMaker support or willing ot provide support ( redirect to me if that's the case, I'll help out)

There is a lot of 3d touch assets in Asset Store, and I already sent them messages, but they don't answer me. :(

Hi,

 A publisher that doesn't reply within 4-5 days is not good of course, but less, give it some time and even bump your email or contact, publishers are utterly busy, so they may run behind in terms of support, give them a second chance.
