Looks fascinating. What was your idea/ inspiration behind this app? Did you use any clinical basis for the formulas?  cheers

I did run some research and talked to a couple of doctors.
To be honest, the inspiration was partially from personal experiences. And partially from talking to people.
We all seem to be prone to mood swings. :)
Kids at school usually have a diary to keep track of their life.
So that was the idea behind the design.
But then i used the data to try to find patterns. Hoping that could actually help people.... :)
