Title: More default events

There are a few of the default MonoBehaviour events that would be handy to have as default events inside of Playmaker.  In particular :

 - OnApplicationPause()
 - OnApplicationFocus()
 - OnApplicationQuit()

Probably the network based ones would be useful as well.
