Title: Any chance we can get the options to save variables with template? [fixed]
Post by: tobbeo on March 30, 2011, 01:20:53 AM
I think this should be an option when you load a template, "do you want to create the variables used from the saved template"?

Sometimes you have a lot of variables and it's a bit of a pain to re-create all the variables. Even better would be if you would be given the choice to add a prefix in case you want this new FSM's variables to be distinctive.

This is actually a bug in 1.0  :-[

It's fixed in 1.1. Although I hadn't considered it an option - it always creates the variables...

I guess it might be useful to have import options: States, Actions, Events, Variables. By default they're all checked, but you could choose to import just the variables, or just the state diagram minus actions etc. Maybe in the next update... :)
