Title: moving state further a the top to adjust fsm area

Hi,

 Sometimes I want to move states close the top of the view further up, but the view doesn't adjust. It does adjust when moving to the left for example, is it possible to have consistency here? currently I have to move ALL the other state to make room at the top for more.
