So what does this mean, developers could still continue making Vita games with Playmaker while being unable to also publish to sony android devices? Or Playmaker wont be supported for Vita game development anymore?
If so, that's a shame, I'm interested in the handheld after I played with a kiosk model a couple years ago.

Hi
PlayMaker can only support what Unity will support basically. But If this platform is going to de terminated, then It doesn't make sense to still work towards publishing on this target.

Regardless if developers got a PSMobile or Vita license prior to this announcement?

Hi,
yes, that's purely a technical requirement from PlayMaker that Unity must support the targeted platform in the first place for PlayMaker to be able to work. PlayMaker fully relies on the Unity environment.
