Hi, sorry if it's a bit offtopic but we're kind of stuck. We've implemented achievements using Steamworks.net but the popup window informing player about getting achievement keeps popping up in monitor's lower right corner even if the game is in 800x600 windowed mode. Is there a way to make it appear in the lower right corner of the game window only or is it controlled by steam and we can't do anything? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hi,

I have infinite runner with Score and Coin count, so I wanted to ask what would be the correct approach (from Playmaker perspective) to make a logic which would trigger a command for Steamwork's "Unlock Achievement" action. And also how would I make it so that it's not triggered every time I collect the same amount of score or coins. How would you recommend setting it up? Thanks a lot in advance!

Hey clandestine, could you please explain it a bit more how did you do the achievements part? Did you do any coding?

Also, did you experience the thing which guys from other thread were reporting (and have fixed) that the Achievement popup would appear only after you exit the game? Thanks!

Hey guys, this is not a double post, just wanted to know if it's possible to make a few actions for this Steam leaderboards from Unity asset store? The reason why I want to use it is because it has popup UI window where I can list all players. I bought this leaderboard  recently but can't use it since you have to write a few lines of code which is a problem for me. How much would it cost for me to have a few actions for it? Thanks in advance!

Thanks guys, but just thinking.. can't I just store this simple Coins count value as an Int in PlayerPrefs (using PlayerpRefs actions)? Of course you will lose your coins on game uninstall, but isn't it a common thing for modern games - to lose all your coin count with game uninstall? (of course scores will remain as they're saved on Platform side)

I'm using Stan's iOS native plugin for leaderboards. Coins are collected using this method:

I have a simple infinite runner type of game, so I store scores in leaderboards. But where and how should I store Coins count collected by the player? Create another Leaderboard for that specifically? Thanks in advance!

Playmaker Help / Logic for InApp Purchases for additional objects

Hey guys,

I have a simple runner, with a basic character. Now I just want to have an In App Purchase to unlock some additional in-game objects to be parented to specific bones of my base Character. Like a Christmas Hat or a Sword for example. What would be the logic to make it work? So let's say I modeled a hat, and imported in Unity, what would be the bnext steps? I'm using Stan's playmaker version of IOS and Android Native plugins for implementation of IAPs. Any help and advice would be very much appreciated!

I never figured out how to do this with the steamworks.net actions. I'll try some of those assets (this one is the cheapest) and see what happens.

Yeah I bought this one from Asset Store and it seems to be very cool thing but I struggle with implementation - but that's because I;m not a coder. But there are comments from guys that it's super easy thing if you can code of course.
