Got many negatives critics on the main menu, then I made something different, my keeping by years and project order, but everything is attached to an horizontal scroll menu.
Then no need to go and back from each section anymore, that is easier and faster!  :D

Of course the scroll works with finger slide and that is very smooth on ios :)
You can also access to the website of each clients, and projects.

The cool thing is all the menu is dynamically created then I do not have anything to do in Unity.
Eveything is done into Maya.
Result is a full 2D menu done with GUI.

@alexchouls  >> nop, I am running with 1.2.0 beta 13c.

I also got many issue with the past Send Event FSM action saying I have better to use the new Send Event action... :(

I have to use those beta version, because a colleague developed  many actions for my small project and he is using those beta version.
New and last features from the betas really helped me to resolve many problem I had before!  ;) :D

@obbeo >> yeah yeah... I first use this tool because programming is about 5-10% of my skill.
Then it really helps a lot...
But when marvelous problem from another dimension appears and I definitely cannot understand a word of what the console say, that is no so funny...
Just need more skill, but my main skill is to produce 3D :)

Plus the error console reports bugs from playmaker's action script.
It never says where into your playmaker script the error is.

And I didn't install any new version when the global issue appeared.
It just started the next day I previously worked on the project.  :o
Maybe something happened into the unity's lib, really dunno.
Knowing I can spend a few hours a week on my folio, I imagine that to create and connect all variable will be about 3-4h of work, then will be done in 2 weeks.... maybe.. if I have the time. :(
For that reason I was upset yesterday  :-[

well yeah the "a" beta... Then I installed the "c" beta... that is sound beta!

Well main scene broken, lets put on pause the playmaker thing for now :(

oh great... and all my global variable have been drop on a random node into my scene...

the global variable node is now empty and all event attributes creating error!!

Sounds like my project is definitely broken...


wow and if I click on the taBS "state", "Events", "Variables" from the  Playmaker editor, I am getting the following error each time I click on it...

Getting an error when loading a scene using FSM from a scene using FSM too...

Does someone know what this error means? ???

Because I do not destroy any object in my scene...
And both scene working if used separately.

Well this afternoon I did an attempt to convert PM the script to a full C# script.

Then I did a loop with PM and the "AttachScript" action and it works very good!!

Now one more problem.....

The action is about more than 80 loops (and will have more later...)

And it seems PM stop looping if over than 50 loops!!! O__O .....

Well here is the screen you can read the max loop ("ChildCount") and the current loop ("i") when it just stop and print the warning at the bottom  >:(

Then if this is an PM issue, I will also re-writte this script with some C# ....  :-[

Playmaker Help / To attach a FSM template to an object in Runtime

I would like to know if there is a way to attach a FSM Template at runtime on a target object.

That is a template FSM script it has to be dropped on too many objects and it would be better if I could do that during the first "loading" process!!

In the Script Control section I found the "Add Script" action that lets me choose "PlaymakerFSM" as Script attribute... But I do not understand how to use it O_o... Or maybe what is that really for...

Does someone could say more about it?  ??? :-[

I am building my folio on iphone.
Kind of 3D viewer you can browse my 3D work by year and project.

It will be released on the App-Store only and will be free to download.

For now :

  • 3 cameras systems :
    • ===> Auto rotation
      ===> Horizontal Rotation with cursor
      ===> free rotation and zoom with finger & touch screen
  • diffuse preview (also lightmap if found)
  • render mode :
    • ===> Diffuse
      ===> checker
      ===> gourault with light
  • animation player if animations are found

This is a application done 100% with playmaker.

Road map :

1- to find a way to get a wireframe preview with playmaker :

2- to find a way to get the tri-count to a targeted object.

3 - to polish the GUI

4 - to add more info on each project.
