Hi Alex,
i just downloaded 1.81. Does that mean its final? I think you should create a upgrade guide for projects created with 1.7x. Which is about incompatibility, solutions and workarounds.
Or is there already some info I am misssing?

Action sequences are not frame bound afaik. They are executed as fast as non action sequences in my experience and i use them a lot. Of course if you use an action which will need some time to finish ( e.g. A tween of 1 second) it will take longer than frame .
I wonder what get you to the assumption that there is a one action per frame rule?

Just for your interest: there can even be multiple states executed in one frame (actually i wonder where the limit is)

Just a quick update. it looks like Unity fixed something in the mobile support. The block now also works on iOS (unity 5.2.1f1).

Remaps a float value to a new range. Convert for example degree (Old Min = 0 , Max = 360) to percent (New Min = 0, Max = 100).

ah okay. But its also in the proxy script which i believe is needed for the basic stuff?

In the meantime i added some public variables to the DefaultTrackableEventHandler so you can use it with the GetProperty action of Playmaker. That allready fit my needs for testing...

Hello,
i am just trying to use Vuforia with Playmaker. But after installing the package from the wiki i get several errors (see attached). It looks like they changed "DataSetLoad Behaviour" to "DataBaseLoadBehaviour" or something. As i use Vuforia for the first time i cannot figure out how to fix this myself.

So an update of the package would be greatly appreciated.

Hi nila,

the original code was written to stop if there is no game object referenced (to prevent a reference missing error).

Now you changed the code so it will execute (give you values) even when the gameobject/component is empty (missing). 

Do you get the error message when reaching this action in runtime or after saving the script?

It looks like you have a basic problem with the gameobject/component reference as you didnt get values with the original code.

I have just very basic programming knowledge. so take this advice with a grain of salt.

follow up. i just started another project. added an fsm and added an action. now its working again (in my main project as well). I am not sure what caused the refresh (reloading the project, or just adding a random action to a state). I will keep this under observation...

I really like the feature that i can see in the action library how often an action is used in the project. And by right clicking the Action i can find all the fsms and jump right into the state!

I have no clue what i did but its not there anymore! There are no more numbers behind the used actions and "find" is greyed out. As if the actions where not used in the project.

Is there some way to turn this on and off or to refresh the view (likewise the global variables refresh)?

Fix: right click in the global var inspector and uncheck "Auto Refresh on Focus"

Just discovered the fix. needs further checking....

2015 unity5 and the problem still exist.

Just spend several hours debugging android to recognize that i have this bug.... :(

Howdy,
for my recent project i use ArrayMaker and Easy Save 2 a lot.
What i was missing was encryption so I added this feature.

These actions are similar to the ones provided by Jean, I just enhanced them to support encryption.

Loads all filenames a SQL database contains into a PlayMaker Array List Proxy component.

please give a shout here when you have done it. Or tell us what to search for on the ecosystem. With trial and error keywords its hard to know if you put something up...

I really like the idea of the ecosystem  but it would need a proper listing....

Hi Jean,
I dont have a reliable solution yet and couldnt find a definite answer (or fix log) by Unity or others.

Do you have been able to create a case where its possible to reliable prevent a click through  on mobile devices?

I tried so many things back then. and i am fed up retrying it with every new update of unity. So I wait untill someone else comes up with a definite solution or Unity clearly logs a fix in the release notes....

In the moment I manually pause non gui code manually while gui is in the front for my current game ...
