Okay big box is shooting at the small boxes, And when they ar hit you want to add force to the small box in the hit direction ?

ideer. let the small boxes look at the big box (to get its local "self" direction).
Add force to the axis there is pointing away from the big box and remember to setted to "self"

Wher ar you seen the white Artifact around the "Cut out area / character" or around the entire sprite/square ?

Sounds something like... raycast distance / collision

Its is the bitrate of your image, without alpha channel

Are you using GetGameObjectSpeed.cs to measure the speed ?
Think it's maybe issue in local / world space coordinates

just a thought from a Newbie ;)

You only want positive values ?
if less than 0 multiply by -1

Simpel test
Rotate cube 45 degree, set "self" position.
I didn't expect it to move the cube straight down, but in the 45 degrees the cube was rotated
Dont self work like local in other 3d programs ?

inverse transform direction ? how i understand it is it only possible to transform local to world, i think i need the opposite somehow
