Same as Lerp but makes sure the values interpolate correctly when they wrap around 360 degrees.

The parameter 'amount' is clamped to the range [0, 1]. Parameters 'From Angle' and 'To Angle' in degrees.

Any chance of having Unity's Mathf.LerpAngle converted to an action?

Hi,

I think the problem I've got is occurring in the project where I'm trying to export the PlayMakerGlobals.

It affects both global variables and global events.

When I try to export the globals I'm getting the following errors:

Timestamps (8561) and assets (8562) maps out of sync.
UnityEditor.AssetDatabase:Refresh()
HutongGames.PlayMakerEditor.FsmEditorUtility:ExportGlobals()
PlayMakerGlobalsInspector:OnInspectorGUI() (at Assets/PlayMaker/Editor/PlayMakerGlobalsInspector.cs:87)
UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()

and

Asset with GUID ebed278b2f9b51c4b80876a005653238 has empty path but has assettimestamp???
UnityEditor.AssetDatabase:Refresh()

I'm assuming it has something to do with a corruption that has occurred after using source control (but, to be honest, I'm just guessing).

Hi,

From the upgrade notes, I see that fsms opened in 1.8 beta cannot be opened in earlier versions of playmaker.

Given that incompatibility, is it possible to export globals from project using PM 1.7.8.3 and import them into a 1.8 version project?

I've tried and can't seem to get it to work.

It sounds like there are errors that are stopping Unity from compiling Playmaker.
What other errors do you have in the console?
The error you posted looks like a Unity error.
Have you restarted Unity after updating?

No other errors listed.
Did restart Unity after updating...

Not sure how relevant this is but...
I manually deleted the PlayMakerGUI gameobject from the hierarchy and then added a new PlayMakerGUI from Menu>PlayMaker>Components>Add PlayMakerGUI to Scene...
Now, when I try to save the scene the error detailed earlier appears twice in the console.

So from a clear console window, saving the scene generates two versions of the same error.

Previous situation:

Unity ver 5.3.1f1
PlayMaker 1.7.8.3
No errors
Working Globals etc.
--------------
Import the update package 1.7.8.4

No changes apparent…
Closed PlayMaker editor tab
Restart Unity
-------------

PlayMaker welcome screen not automatically displayed.
Menu>PlayMaker>Welcome screen

From Welcome Screen install latest version…
Click on 1.8.0 BETA (as for Unity 5.3+)
Update sequence runs…..
---------------------
PlayMaker notification window opens telling me to check the upgrade guide for more info on this release.

Click OK….

Now all Playmaker script icons missing from hierarchy. Clicking on an item reveals the script is missing.

Also error appears in console:

PlaymakerGUI also missing script.

On previous attempts I have replaced missing scripts etc. But then realized that I've also lost all variables.

In the Project window under Playmaker, resources, there is a PlayMakerGlobals but when I click on that, the inspector shows the script is missing for that too.

Current Situation: Nothing working and my project is at a standstill.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Bumping this as it doesn't seem to be available in ecosystem - seems too useful to overlook. Apologies if I'm mistaken!

Am I correct in assuming this is a bug? Vector3 Interpolate provides a Finish Event but this only appears to work if the interpolation mode is set to Linear. Seems to stop working if the mode is changed to Ease In Out. Or perhaps I've misinterpreted this!

Feature Requests / Visible Playmaker icon on child objects in hierarchy

In the hierarchy, I find it useful to see which gameobjects have an attached FSM.

However, if the FSM is attached to a child object and the parent structure is folded, the icon is no longer visible.

An alternate icon (perhaps a faded version of the regular one) showing the presence of an FSM on one of the child objects would be useful.
