on unity 5.4.3 are bugs with datamaker, like sometimes i cant choose variable, or when i can, script see do nothing with that. Sometimes when i drag action(any from datamaker) to state where is 2-3 other actions, some fields just gone from dragged action, when i copy it and paste to empty state they are visible. And i found more stuff like that :)

If its possible, can someone create action for photon like "Photon View RPC Broadcast Event With Data" but with option to send event to group of players getting from array?

I know there is a field "Photon Targets From String" and there can be "All,AllBuffered,MasterClient" but i am not sure for what is this for.

Your float compare waiting when your value of "XSpeedAbs" will be less than 0.125. You put value 0.125 as tolerance so if "XSpeedAbs" have value 0, this 0 is equal to 0.125, not less ot greather.

This looks like when you pressed button value can be 1 but when unpressed i think its 0, not negative value.

so i need to read about Unreliable..
When i disable FSM with synch on object what is not driven localy, there still incoming changes to this FSM. So in client side i think i cant block incoming messages. But when i disable in object who is owner of this object, he stop sending message to all clients. But what when i got 20 players online and some of them are near me and some are very far? I am not sure if this will be possible:/

Or there is some other way to do this, like send events to group what are close to me?

You can set string variable as tag, but this string must be one of tags what you preset in inspector
