iOS Help / tinder-like swipe action

hello, i'd like to create a tinder-like swipe action.

that means: i want to drag an object by touching the screen and move it along the x-axis right or left. when i swipe along a certain amount of the screen size i want the object to move to a certain position. if it does not reach the certain amount i want the object to get back to it's place.

i've managed to create the swipe action. could anyone give me advice on how to do the drag thing? should i create a second FSM thats stopped by an event the other FSM when the certain amount then the (for example 25% of the screen) is reached?

how can i do the dragging. i especially want it to drag one certain object, no matter which part of the screen the player is touching :)

edit: by the way i have already searched the forum, but does anyone know if easy-touch 5 has an option like that included?

Playmaker Help / lag between two states

when i switch between two states, there seems to be a small lag.

for example: when i move an object by animating a variable in order to use it as the transform posititon and then continue the movement in another state it seems that there is a small lag. is there any way to fix it?

for some reason it works way better when the game is compiled (and played on mobile devices) than in the editor. is it always like that? is there any way to get a more fluent movement? thanks in advance :)

i'd like to save a simple int and keed it saved even if the the player closes the app. i tried the playerprefs but it seems that the score is kept only during an active session. any suggestions?

hi, ive got some problems.
i just want to add a variable by pushing a UI button. i am using stans assets!

can someone explain me how to do it?

1. i've set up the ISN_Game Center Init
2. in case of success the ISN_Submit score action is called.

this did not really work for me by now. also i'd like to know if i need two buttons for receiving the leaderboard and adding a score or if i can combine it?!

also im not sure what the leaderboard id looks like. it's supposed to be a 8-digit number, isnt it?

Multiple EventSystems in scene... this is not supported

what does it mean and how can i locate the problem?

Playmaker Help / setting the variable of a shader

hi, i'd like to figure out how to change variables that are not set in the fsm..
i'm pretty new to scripting so i don't know how to write a custom action.

what i would like to do:

i have a asset installed called vaccumshaders and i would like to change a variable.
for example... it's set in the texture shader as VacuumShaders/Adjustments/Diffuse/Hue

is there an easy way i can access and change the variable from a FSM

hey. i'm looking for an action the returns the screen width and height of a mobile device.
i've tried to use the screen.width action but it seems to return the size set in the game and not the device's hardware.

is there a good way to tween between two textures?
i'd like to switch between two textures with an alpha fade... like having 1 material set and then adding a second on with a full alpha level and then slowly fading it to 100% visibility.

is there a way to set the game aspect by an action?

for example: i'd like to have the rendered screenwidth at 320, no matter which device is used. for the height id like to change the resolution so the scaling is fitting and the graphics are not stretched...

like for iphone 3gs it should be 320x480 and for iphone 6 it should be 320x570 (for a correct scaling). i already made the fsm to get the resolution it should be.. but i coudnt find a way to set the aspect

Playmaker Help / setting up GUI textures as buttons

hey, i've got an issue with custom UI buttons.

i've created simple button graphics with a fixed resolution which should have the following function:
-when i klick the button or touch it on iphone it should change to the graphic of the pressed button.
-if i release my finger an event is called
-if i move my finger on phone from the position of the button (which equals not releasing it) it should change back to the normal button graphic.

actually i've tried it with adding a gui button to the texture but this doesn't work for my function.

whats the best way to set up buttons like this?

i tried to integrate UnityAds via playmaker to my project.
anyways, in unity the substitude ad screen is displayed correctly.. but when i export the project to xcode and try it on my iphone, nothing appears.

could somebody possibly upload a testscene with unityads actions integrated so that is working on iphone? would be really nice :)

Playmaker Help / Spritesheet as a GUI element

i' like to have a spritesheet (a flipping coin pixel graphic) to be part of the gui. when i use the sprite on a simple polygon model i can animate the coin flipping by changing the tileset.. this does not work for GUI elements.

is there a way to change the tiling of GUI elements OR is there a way to get another object in front the GUI layer in order to have it visible in front of the GUI?

on the unity forum they gave me the tip to use GUI.DrawTextureWithTexCoords

but since i'm not that good at coding and this function isn't included in playmaker maybe someone could give me a hit how to include the function :)
