I was thinking mainly for organizational purposes, being able to create tasks in and around the game logic would be super useful, each task could have a title which would show up in a task browser window which would display all tasks. The action could have a status drop down (Not started, in Progress, Completed etc) so you can sort the task manager. Each task action could have subtasks (think trello)

The great thing about the little error type message is knowing how many tasks you have left and being able to find them easily. This would be super useful for designing your game in the early stages.

I emailed the InControl Publisher and he is working on actions for InControl, he nicely gave me an early version and they work a treat :)

Just under 3 years ago I suggested a task manager feature that could be built into Playmaker. Users could place task actions and get a sudo warning about it - See the below image
How possible is this?

Hi,
I'm using Unity 5.4.3 with the latest InControl and the action on the wiki but I seem to be getting this error -

I made a backup and tried the "Update All FSM's in Build" tool which seems to have fixed the issue.

I just updated from Unity 4.7 to 5.3.4 and I'm running into an issue where templates throw up a ton of errors "Missing variable" even though the variables exist and are hooked up, even after re-hooking them up.

Is this just me?!

True, you could set an ID to each screen (0 = main menu, 1 = character select etc) your FSM will check to see if that int value changes, when it does, it will do the standard actions and then an int switch would send it to the correct animation state.

You could have the repeatable action in a separate FSM that you send an event to each time you play the animation.
