hi....how do you get your game to avoid freezing if a user decides to continuously tap buttons. i used the next frame event and it still freezes for about 2 seconds.

hi please i would like to know if your game functions normally on webglbuild. i just tried it out today and so many things went wrong, player health, music, score system and enemies wouldnt die. i dont know if this is a playmaker problem or unity

Has anyone figured out a work around while having multiple FSMs? Somebody mentioned forwarding events but I can't figure out how to involve another game object. Unfortunately I can't remove the extra FSMs.

can you make your question clearer?

you can send global events to other fsms if that's what you're asking,
simply create an event and click the box next to it to mark it as a global event and then right click on the state you would like to send the event to, select the global event and simply send whatever from whichever fsm you want

Playmaker Help / webgl build problem

i decided to test a game i made a few days ago with the unity build system but the entire thing seemed terrible, my game music, player health and score system stopped working.
enemies stopped dying aswell but this game works perfectly without any problems in the unity editor. I dont know if this is a playmaker or unity problem, i'd really appreciate any help.

you would need to download the pathfinder package writing scripts isn't neccessary. after doing that you get a lot f built in functions

HI jean,
movement constraint worked, but i'm getting an error in the console saying the component has no rigid body but a script is trying to access it and my object has a jerky movement......i believe its because i'm working with a 2d object
Hi,

 Is your object a Rigidbody?

yes: check out the "Movement Constraint" sample on the Ecosystem. you'll find custom actions on the Ecosystem, like "Rigidbody2dMovePosition" as the movement constraint sample is in 3d, but the concept is the same.

and study the egg catcher scene, it features an egg basket that is constraint left and right.

I also installed the movement constraint package from the ecosystem but didnt find the rigidbody2dmoveposition.

Hi Jean,

thanks for the reply, I've looked through the information you sent and i found it pretty helpful however i'm working on a 2D game which will require me shooting contantly and i believe the method used in the tutorial you sent, might cause a break in movement and so i decided to use get vector axis instead of get axis.

then i used clamp float and set position with the variable created in clamp float but it didnt work. i believe there may be something wrong with my logic.

please how do i restrict the max and min position of a 2d object within the view of my orthographic camera, just like math.clamp function works.

i'm trying to set the max and min position of y object on the x axis
