But how is it with pooled ones? make a hundred copies at the beginning (in the editor) as children of another object - hide them - get random child - enable/disable by parenting them to the world node/group node them at runtime - shouldn't this work?

did you rule out physic issues? your ball might be too fast? all so did you double check rigid bodys are aplied? and just to make sure - force them awake since I vaguely remind that they can become a sleep on spawning on some conditions. What happens if you pool the balls - not "create" them at runtime? - just ideas where to put an eye on while searching

Wrong place and wrong tone dude - really. Community is very active, sharing and helping if possible. Guys from Huttong are pretty responsive all so most of the times - right now they got a HUGE update to be pushed out the door that's why it might be a little slow. All so another thought taken into account - not everyone is working on stuff or visiting forums during christmas days.

addition: you might want to go through PM tutorials on YT for starters

another addition:

1.) add locators to your furniture to sync a "sitdown" animation
2.) on Click (mouse pick) check if a chair was clicked (by Tag, Name, Arraylist, Layer or what ever)
3.) find the locator of the clicked chair (find child or get child are usefull here)
4.) move your character towards the according locator of the chair (might take into account that the user is clicking somewhere else durring the movement) movement can be done simple by "move to" "itween actions" "position lerps" or advanced with Navmesh and pathfinding
5.) on arival turn your character in the right position for the "sit down" animation
6.) trigger the sit down animation (disable your standard movement controller now)
7.) play Idle while sitting animation

8.) on clicking/a button press or anything else that might be a trigger = start "get up" animation"
9.) turn back on your standard movement controller (direct, FPS, 3rdperson, pont and click - what ever you wanna use)

Thats just a short breakdown - all possible within playmaker - but as i.e. If you don't know spanish you would not try to read a book in spanish before learning the language first - so you should start with some tutorials and figure some stuff out before getting grunty on a friendly forum. One last thing - no one will do the job for you developing your app and your question is pretty vage IMHO and there are many ways to get there.

"Never" name Local Variable the same as a Global Variable - if they are used in the same FSM it might lead sometimes to the situation that all Variables in that FSM Action point only to the Local Variable instead of both i.e. "GlobalFloat" set Float "LocalFloat" becomes "LocalFloat" set Float "LocalFloat".

1. Get Cam position
2. clamp the position floats to the desired min max
3. set Cam position

do that in a loop or at every frame and you have your "hard" cam boundarys

Ps.: I guess there is no Vector clamp so you need to use Vector3 get XYZ and Vector3 Set XYZ and then clamp float on both of your axis

Doing steady progress, after a few weeks refacturing stuff and hunting some bugs I finally see some light - plus today I added a new radio transmitter prop to the worldmap - some 3D modelling fun for the weekend :-)

I wanted to ask how you got the character to move and rotate so nicely like that?
In particular, how did you create the strafe movement in relation to where the pointer is? I'm trying to do the same in my project but having trouble with getting it like yours and can't for the life of me get the animations working.

Hey, thanks. There are two ways you can do strafing - character relative movement or screen relative movement plus let the Character look at the mouse courser impact point while aiming. While setting the animator strafe value is easy with character relative movement by just using the input axis it's a little tricky with screen relative movement. I end up using set/get velocity to feed that to my animator. Hope that helps - if not I let me know.

There are two new variant cursor actions for unity 5 on the ecosystem - just search for "cursor". The older "Show Cursor" doesn't work with Unity 5

Could you not use the mentioned Plugin? and just call it through playmaker? (I dont dev on mobile but that's where I would probably start looking)

The asset store has a plugin (adapted from the Google Apk Expansion examples) which does this for you. It will download the .obb and put it in the right place on the sdcard. See

How to just make an helper object that moves and orientates towards the spline and do the manual rotation on a child object? Not tested but might be the easiest fix.

Probably you need to reverse it twice - once before putting it into the typewriter and then again the output String created by the typewriter?

You can use the itween actions like "move to", they support smooth pathing via vector3 or Object points. itween in general has it's offsites though but it could be an startingpoint.
