Share New Actions / Activate Component

I made a new Action Called Activate Component.

You can drop in a component to activate / deactivate or use a object variable.

This should work with most components that can be activated / deactivate
This does NOT work with colliders, but there is a different action for that on the ecosystem.
You can get the action on the ecosystem or get the attachment below.

I made 2 new actions :

Unity Version :
this will give the unity version into a string @ runtime in the editor


Application Version :
This will give the version you have set in "Version*" inside the player settings, into a string on mobile and in the editor.
you can also add a version name.

Playmaker Help / Spam Messages

Lately the spam messages are posting more and more.
There need to be found a solution for this...
If anyone has some solution for this, post it here :)

We are working on a solution now,
but you can still post ideas to fight those evil ad spammers.

I also requested to Alex to give access to remove posts but even if i can remove them manually, it would be better if we can find another solution.

I can remove posts now.

If you find some spam please let me know on our Playmaker discord channel in the 'report-spam' channel. (this is the fastest way)
If possible please add the url from the spam message.

Playmaker Help / Server Side "Slot Machines"

This is not really a playmaker question, but i thought i ask here also.

I am working on a project with a 'sort of' slot machines,
But at the moment everything works locally.

I want to do all of the data and calculations on a server,
but i am not sure where to start.

The data should be separated for the player and the "machines"
The player data i think i can manage... :)

the "machines" i am not sure how to do this.

Each "machine" has a win/lose rate calculator which manipulates the weight of  some random numbers that will give you the reels result.
There is also a chance to get a pre-set reels.
This i want to be done on the server.

and if possible i want, one player on one "machine".
So i would have like (for example) 20 virtual machines each holding their own win/lose and other data.
If all machines are in use then automatically add a (permanent) new machine.

Any kind of help, info or tutorial suggestions would be very appreciated.

Btw, i have photon+ but never worked with it yet :)

I could not find these on the ecosystem so i made some and added them to the ecosystem.

uGui Image Set Fill Amount

there are useful for making (for example) a health bar.

If they do exist somewhere please let me know :)

Work In Progress... / Balloonacy Nuked

Balloonacy is a old arcade game on the amiga 500.
My wife used to play it a lot.... so i made it for android/web

But then i added some different gameplay ideas myself so i called it Balloonacy Nuked.

Share New Actions / Audio Play Simple and Audio Play Advanced

Hi, i added 2 new action i made on the Ecosystem :

- Audio Play Simple
This is the same as the standard Audio Play except it has a check box "Wait For End Of Clip"
I think this option should be added on the original Action until then you can use this action.

- Audio Play Advanced
This has several option that you can use on the audio source,
like Stereo Pan, Pitch, priority, and some more

User Showcase / Hit The Lights

This is one of my old games that i reworked a bit and added a new game mode

It is still in beta so if you want to try it out you can click here to become a beta tester.

I will still add an option to remove add permanent or for 30 min by watching a rewarded ad. when stan's android native has a version supporting it (very soon)

Playmaker Help / Ugui Detect Pressed button

Is there a way with Ugui to detect which button is pressed?

So i have multiple buttons in Ugui sending to the same event and i want to detect which button was pressed.
After that, i want to check it in an array and then i will use the index nr for some other things.

I don't want to multiple events because there are 100+ buttons and the fsm wil get very messy.
