What do I need to be able to ask for app store rating?
« on: February 11, 2015, 01:27:32 AM »
Hi,

Many apps have a popup window at some stage asking the user to rate the app in the app store.
They can press 1-5 stars and/or be taken to the app's page on the app store.

Is there any add on that can do this? Has playmaker actions for popping up a window, asking for rating and taking the player to the app store URL (if that is also required to achieve this).

thanks for any help,
szomaza

Good rating is important:

The right way to ask users to review your app

But how do I do those, when using playmaker?
Which iOS, Android, native/whatever? do I have to buy that help me make these rating popups?

Hi,

you have plenty of solutions on the asset store to expose app rating, but yes, it seems you'll have to spend some money on getting on of this asset. Also, double check it supports Playmaker in case you don't know how to code.

 Bye,
