Smooth Look At - Question about Speed setting...

Hi. When I add Smooth Look At, it allows me to determine the speed. It's defaulted at 5. Soooo, is 5 slow? Fast? Normal? Is it a scale from 1-10? Is 1 slow or fast? I recommend this be added to the documentation...
