Maybe you can make the windows next to the double door bigger or add some billboards or signboards.

and on the side wall maybe a signboard saying for example "No Parking, police vehicles only"

Indeed it needs more props, for now I am short on outdoor stuff, it will grow with details when I put it in the map with roads, signs, lamp posts etc.
Also AC cooler boxes in the works 8)

Yes,
there are some scripted assets too (like vehicle mesh damage), but they are controlled by Playmaker as I don’t code.
