Emerald AI 3.0 Playmaker Integration

I spent a lot of time turning the Emerald AI 3.O API into Playmaker actions. 89 actions in total. I plan to attempt to put it on the Unity asset store, but its a 45 day wait for the initial review. For now, its available on itch.
