xPath query variable switches into reference's place.

Hi

I'm not sure if this is an intended behaviour or not but when I setup a string variable for xPath Query, the variable jumps up to reference instead of staying in xPath Query... Seemed very odd to me but how does this work? I just want to use different xPaths depending on the situation...
