Question about Polygon Collider 2D using Playmaker

Hi goodday,

I have made a character in a small platform game. I have placed a Polygon Collider 2D around by main character which is in my Sprite Renderer.  But as some of you all may know when you press the up arrow (or some command)  the character animation may change e.g. the character may put his hands in the air while jumping (hence the character area and shape will change). 

What I want to know will the Polygon Collider 2D automatically change to suit the new animation and if not how do I get it to adjust to the new animations?

Hey guys,
I f you all need more info on my question please free to ask. As far as I know the collider can only be done on the Avatar in the Renderer and NOT on all the animations in the Animator controller.

Any ideas?
