Can not download 2017-packages from Ecosystem.
« on: August 16, 2017, 03:53:06 AM »
Hi,

So everytime I try to download a 2017-package I get the following error:

"Failed to import package with error: Couldn't decompress package"

This time I wanted to download the new u Gui proxy full for Unity 2017.

I have the 2017.2 beta, is this the problem?

Hi,

it works for me here. Can you make a screenshot of what you are trying to get? cause there is no 2017 version of ugui, ugui version flag is 4

 Bye,

 Jean

Hi Jean!

Yeah sure, I've attached 2 files there showing the error and the 2017-flag.

I have another random question that has nothing to do with this, that I just gonna throw in here because Iv'e right now searching the forum and I've seen this come up from time to time.

Is the RPC calls in Photon playmaker still only string data? I want to send a vector 3 and I am just curios if there is a simpler way then building a string and braking it up again.

Hi,

I see... d'oh I corrected it now, It was the meta files used for the ecosystem that where not cleaned up for the Unity 2017 repository so it found it when scanning.

Bye,

 Jean
