Ability to create variables/events in the action editor

Hi,

it would be very handy if we could create variables right from the action editor. Maybe just as an option in the "Use Variable"-Dropdown ("None", "Create").

Similiar for events...

I can't count the times where I add an action and forgot to add the needed variables/events prior. Maybe that's just me  :'(

 Yes, this is something I have mentionned a lot. Same with events really.
