"Auto-update ecosystem custom actions" button?
« on: December 16, 2017, 01:33:15 AM »
I updated to Unity 2017.2 and Playmaker 1.8.5, and I get lots of yellow errors for custom actions about obsolete phrases and stuff.

Is there some kind of option to auto update all custom actions I've downloaded from the ecosystem? This would be really handy.

Hi,
These actions need to be updated manually, but yellow warnings are no problem they won't affect anything.
On the console you can deselect the warning sign so they wont show any more in the console.

Do not deselect the error icon

I would update them manually if there is some easy fix. For instance, could I go into any script that says the "obsolete" yellow warning, control f and replace all the "don't use this word' with the "use this word instead." would that break everything?

Hi,

If you are not comfortable with c# it's likel going to back fire :)

instead, for each action that has a warning or issue update it first from the Ecosystem and if the warning or issue is not gone for that particular action, let us know, we'll fix it up front.

 bye,
