Try loading those FSMs in the editor, make a small change (e.g., move a state), then save.

It doesn't work.
Also, i noticed that every time i click on game object containing the affected fsm the asterisk shows up, telling me there are changes to save even if i didn't change anything.

Try adding and removing an action from the FSM. Can you think of anything that makes this FSM different? Are you able to share the project (e.g., to send me a private download link)?

Actually i have two FSMs affected.
Adding and removing an action from the first one did the trick.

However it doesn't work for the second FSM.

A noticeable difference with the first one is that this FSM is on a prefab and uses a template.
This prefab is placed in many scenes of the game (not instantiated at runtime), and each time one of those scenes is loaded the message "FSM updated..." shows up.

I edited the template, added and removed an action, saved the scene/project with no luck.

Unfortunately i can't share the project because of NDA.

Ok i finally solved it.
I had to copy all states of the affected fsm template into a new fsm, delete the old fsm and apply changes to the prefab.
No more "FSM updated..." messages in the log !
