The best way to start learning Playmaker?

I am wondering if this video series (//www.youtube.com/watch?v=I9VwsVtbgFU is what I should start with when learning Playmaker? The videos are from 2012 and this makes it very hard to follow along with. Is there an updated version of these tutorials, should I start somewhere else and move on to these later or is this the best option? Thank you for your advice!
