I did run some research and talked to a couple of doctors.
To be honest, the inspiration was partially from personal experiences. And partially from talking to people.
We all seem to be prone to mood swings.
Kids at school usually have a diary to keep track of their life.
So that was the idea behind the design.
But then i used the data to try to find patterns. Hoping that could actually help people....
