Get Speed [SOLVED]

Hi
I´m trying to get the speed of my character.I have a rigid body. But in my rigid body I have checked "Is Kinematic" because ray casts.
If I have "Is Kinematic" checked he does´t get the speed.
If I haven´t "Is Kinematic" checked he gets the speed but my ray casts doesn´t work well.
Is there any solution for this?
