Scale GUI

I am using Scale GUI in a FSM and it is affecting a GUI object in another FSM?

I thought it was local?

I do not have Apply Global turned on.. I even put a Scale GUI in the affected FSM and it still does not work?

... and they are also using different skins.. pretty sure anyway.
