Description Popup On View FSM
« on: August 30, 2013, 02:40:40 PM »
Is it possible to add an optional popup on FSM's that we can write out more descriptions, tutorials, explanations or ideas into?

Ideally it would be a popup your could write in with a tick box per fsm to toggle it popping up every time you view the FSM. This would be very handy for storing bigger ideas or explaining how things work at a high level, complimenting the Comment action and other descriptors at the FSM/State level. I think it would be nice for packages/kits and further minimize the need for external documentation.

Yeah, we're definitely looking into higher level project management ideas like this.E.g., Notes/tasks you can associate with FSMs, scenes, or projects. A project overview window. Stuff like that.

I think these note windows would have an option to auto-open when relevant. E.g., when you load a project/scene/FSM with notes, the notes window pops up...

So we definitely want to hear any project management ideas you have :)
