Can't Save Templates [SOLVED]

I am still getting an error when i try to save templates. 

"Templates can only be saved in the projects Asset folder".   

I'm in 1.9.0.p4 and Unity 2018.2.7f1.

It's a big deal.

Did you recently update playmaker or unity?

You can try to Assets/reimport all.
can you try on a fresh project if you also have this issue?

Also be sure the save location is inside the correct asset folder.

Save location is correct.  As far as recently updating, we haven't.  Still in 1.9.0.pf and Unity 2018.2.7f1.  Reimport all didn't work either.

I suspect this has something to do with creating a new project.  We used to be called something else, but we migrated all that to a new project.

This is a pretty big deal.
