maybe this is useful for you (it's a gui healthbar):

just use the set property action on the current amount (your health int) input box and max amount (your maxhealth int) input box and it works right out of the box, graphics are included too (and easily altered), it integrates really easily with playmaker, I've used it and it's super easy and handy
