Title: Left/Right Inspector

Changing the playmaker inspector from left/right causes a odd issue.
on the right,  copy/paste/delete targets the action,  while on the left, it copy/pastes/deletes the entire state.

oh  and playmaker 1.9.6   seen on unity 2021,2022
