Hi All,

I need to create a top-down scroller. Not really a game but more of an informational WebGL app. I came across this:

And I think this is the exact route I would like to take. Can anyone tell me how I could accomplish this with Playmaker? Especially the rolling the mouse wheel to scroll the background.
