Fading Light Source

How do I go about Fading a light source at a certain degrees as it does a first 360 circle?

I don't totally understand the question but you can control a lights intensity using the "Set Light intensity" action

Thank you, So what I want to do is at a certain degrees on the y axis is that the sun intensity drops down to 0 in a fade.

On Ecosystem there is an action called "Float remap" that will allow you to control the light intensity with the degrees on the y axis-
