Title: Smooth Look At Direction Needs Finish Event

I see the Smooth Look At got a Finish Event addition, could we have the same for the Smooth Look At Direction, I just happen to find a place where I could really use it.

Hi,

 Ok, I have implemented it in the action, but be carefull, it's the same name as the official action, so if you update playmaker, make sure to re drop this action.
