Hi there!

I'm not entirely sure what happened but all of a sudden but one of my key FSM's cant be opened in the Playmaker editor.
At first, it glitched out the entire PM window but now it just opens a different FSM on the same object.

Below is the error


"P1GameManager: P1GameManager: State 1: ActivateGameObject: Action has changed since FSM was saved. Could not recover parameters. Parameters reset to default values.
UnityEngine.Debug:LogError (object,UnityEngine.Object)"

I have looked extensively on these forums but not found an applicable solution.

Any ideas? Any help would be super appreciated!


Extra info:

Unity 2019.4.36F1
Playmaker 1.9.6f1

No conflicts found on the Playmaker install menu

An Update!

So I "fixed" it by deleting the Activate game object script and getting a similar one from the Eco system. Not ideal but means I get to keep working.

(Also, I did try deleting the script and then importing it from Playmaker again, but that didn't work)

That being said, would still be good to know how to fix this as its a bit worrying that this can just happen.


Any ideas are appreciated!
