Move individual pieces of the place.

Hello guys!
   I want to make a game whose basis is similar to the labyrinth board game:

   
   I want the player to be able to move individual pieces of the place, and let the pieces of the place take the player with them.
 (I attached a gif about what i want to do exactly)

Can I get some help on how to find tutorials for this or what Actions can i use?
