I know this is a niche for anyone who uses these three (or even two), but it's a problem that's been plaguing me for a week now and I figure it's worth a shot to ask you guys  :)

I have two characters (Guy A and Guy B for ease of explanation)



You have to talk to Guy A (and get the quest "Quest 1") before Guy B will talk to you

Guy A assigns the quest "Quest 1" when you talk to him. The dialogue tree goes like this:



The second to last one is where "Quest 1" is assigned

Now, to my question:

What I want to happen:
•Waypoint above Guy B is not active (invisible) to start with
•Talk to Guy A
•When the Quest 1 is assigned, enable waypoint above Guy B

Seems simple enough, but there's no "while" function that I can find (while Quest 1 is unassigned, etc). Dialogue System has a slew of Playmaker actions:



Get Quest State can get the info I need, but it runs the test right then and does me no good.

Ideally I'd like the waypoint above Guy B to activate as soon as the quest is assigned, but I'll settle for it doing so at the end of the conversation if necessary.

Anyway, I'm stuck and now I put myself at your guys' mercy.
