What actions do you need? I use Text Mesh Pro without the need for actions (note there are a few limitations which will be fixed int the next update)

I'm using the textmesh pro beta (the one with UI) and I just need to change it's text.

Hi,

 I have created a trello task (https://trello.com/c/si2FW54p/104-textmeshpro) for this, please up vote.

 also, make sure you contact the author, and express your will to work with it within PlayMaker, he may be ok to start providing custom actions for this.

I know this is an older thread, but I've been looking into this, and I'm not having any success with the SetProperty action. There is no property in the dropdown list for the text string value, so there is no way to Get or Set it.

TextMesh Pro is a great tool, it would be very nice to see some PM actions to take advantage of it.

Go to the text fx form and ask.  I just bought it myself and it didn't work.  I left a message and the next day a fix.  Then a few days later the same thing and a fix.  He seems to know what he's doing and it is well supported.

(Now, textFX only has a few animations.  Not as many as the web site indicates)
