Activating GameObject with Dropdown

Hi -

Just getting started with Unity and Playmaker. I'm working on a multilingual digital story app. I'm trying to figure out how to switch languages and have been following this Playmaker UI tutorial -
My thinking is that I can create a hierarchy with a parent called 'English', 'French' etc. and child text objects that activate/deactivate depending on the page. Activating/deactivating the parent object would switch the languages. Not sure if this is the right approach, but even if it is I can't figure out how to get it to work.

Any help/tips would be appreciated!

Also - what's the best way to share the project? It's just a test framework right now so I can figure things out. Happy to share if anyone wants a look.
