Did you follow the steps given in the Troubleshooting guide?
https://hutonggames.fogbugz.com/default.asp?W624I had a similar issue a few days ago after importing Datamaker and due to being unable to replicate it on a clean installation, realised it'd be difficult for anyone to provide assistance and took matters into my own hands.
Fortunately, following the troubleshooting guide I was able to reinstall Playmaker and I didn't lose any data... I also learnt the value of creating a backup before importing any new assets into my projects (as is recommended).
Obviously I can't guarantee your Playmaker data is safe, so make a backup before reinstalling (It might seem a bit late once Playmaker is broken, but remember that data likely still exists, you just can't access it).
Someone might be able to provide a solution for you, but in the meantime you can try reinstalling safe in the knowledge that if it doesn't work, you've got a backup of your project before you uninstalled playmaker.
