Title: Vector3 Rotate Towards

Hello,

I have been working with the Vector3 Rotate Towards action, and I have a question. What does the Rotate Speed field do? Is it working correctly? Given its name, it seems to adjust the speed of the rotation, but I cannot seem to get it to do anything, or I do not know how to use it.
