Are these Hutong Youtube tutorials and techiques still up to date ?
most of them are from year 2012.
Below video is outdated, got frustrated and made me think, is this entire plugin and community outdated. Could you add fix to that video ? (top of the video textboxes how to do this modern 2018 style)
It is using Set UI Text and this feature has been deleted from newer Unitys.

I also had this question in mind when I watched several videos over the last few days. Some of them are dated back to 2012 as u mentioned. But don't expect an answer in this forum that fast...

Some are indeed outdated, but most of them still work the way they do back then :)

I will see if i can make a tutorial similar to this.
The plugin and community outdated is definitely not outdated :)
I will also talk to Hutonggames about the outdated videos and see if a new official beginner series can be made.

Usually most questions are replied to within a day, Many other forum for unity asset are not that active.
