Title: how do i get the speed of just an objects rotation? [SOLVED]

is there a way to get the speed of just an objects rotation? i was going to make a transform matched object offscreen, and get the speed of an object parented to it, but it would be simpler if there was just a get property i'm not aware of, or an action that does it.
