Title: Smooth Damp / Smooth Follow

Hiya,

I'm trying to get a smooth damp on my camera that follows the player character. The thing is, I use Get Position (Character) and Set Position (on Camera) but only on the X and Y. Essentially it is a 2.5D scroller and the camera just moves on X and Y.

I know there are Smooth Look at 2d, Smooth Follow Action, Smooth Look at Direction, and Smooth Look At, but none of these do what I require as the camera 'Looks' and the target, and the position is equated on top.

I'd really like a simple Smoothing of the Get/Set position arrangement.

How can I do that?

I've been trying Smooth Position Damp, from the ecosystem, and it kinda works, but the update is out of whack and the results are jittery as hell.

Maybe u can try Cinemachine Camera?
