Title: Input issue

Hello,

I'm using unity's newish input system. I am using a joy con controller on its side and want separate inputs for left and right. As of now, even if I set the controls to different inputs (left and right) left will register as left and right and right as right and left. How do I get a joystick to register as only left or only right? Thanks!
